Before beginning its Trade Contractor Work, the Trade Contractor shall obtain and maintain the Required Insurance as set forth in Appendix B, and fully comply with all provisions thereof unless additional insurance is required by a Contract Revision and/or the insurance referenced is provided through a controlled insurance program.
If the average excavation per linear foot at the changed location varies more than 10 percent above or below original Plan quantities, a Contract Revision will be prepared to cover the new work.
