Contract Demand definition

Contract Demand means:-
Contract Demand means the maximum demand in kW or kVA (within a consumer’s sanctioned load) agreed to be supplied by the licensee and indicated in the agreement executed between the licensee and the consumer;
Contract Demand means the contract demand established between the Customer and the Company as follows:

Examples of Contract Demand in a sentence

  • The reduction in Contract Demand shall become effective thirty (30) days after the Company provides notice.

  • Within fifteen (15) days of Customer’s written request for capacity above the Contract Demand, Company shall advise Customer in writing whether the additional power and energy is currently available, or if not currently available, initiate the processes to determine the costs to make it available.

  • After 36 months of service the Company may reduce Contract Demand to the maximum recorded and billed demand in the previous 36 months.


More Definitions of Contract Demand

Contract Demand means demand in kilowatt (kW)/kilovolt ampere (kVA)/Horse Power (HP) as mutually agreed between Distribution Licensee and the Consumer and as entered into in the agreement for which Distribution Licensee makes specific commitment to supply from time to time in accordance with the governing terms and conditions contained therein or equal to the sanctioned load, where the contract demand has not been provided through /i the agreement.
Contract Demand means, the Load in kW, kVA or HP, as the case may be, agreed to be supplied by the licensee and contracted by the consumer and specified in the agreement (where 1HP = 0.746 KW).
Contract Demand means the demand in kilovolt ampere (‘kVA’) or Megavolt ampere (‘MVA’) as mutually agreed between the Distribution Licensee and the Consumer
Contract Demand means the maximum Load in kW, kVA or HP, as the case may be, agreed to be supplied by the licensee and contracted by the consumer and mentioned in the agreement.
Contract Demand means the maximum demand in kiloWatt (kW) or kilo-Volt Ampere (kVA) (within a consumer’s sanctioned load) agreed to be supplied by the electricity provider or utility in the agreement executed between the user and the utility or electricity provider;
Contract Demand means the maximum demand in kVA sanctioned to the consumer and computed in the manner as approved by the Commission;
Contract Demand means the demand in KVA applied for by the applicant and agreed by the Nigam.
