The Contractor agrees that it will commence the performance of the Work on the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed issued by the Commission and that it will complete the Work within the time set forth in Book 1.
Researcher may submit invoices for the Work only after a Notice to Proceed but will not receive payment until the contract is fully executed.
