Contract Payments definition

Contract Payments means the payments Obligor is required to make under this Contract as set forth on Exhibit B. “Contract Term” means the Original Term and all Renewal Terms.

More Definitions of Contract Payments

Contract Payments. All sums payable to or by us are payable at our Service Center. We may require return of this Contract prior to making payment. Paid-up annuity benefits, Contract withdrawal values and death benefits will not be less than the minimum required by the laws of the state in which the Contract is delivered.
Contract Payments means all payments of Deposit and/or Interest and/or Additional Amounts, if any, to be made to the Owner pursuant to the terms of this Contract, including, without limitation, any payments made to the Owner in connection with any Repayment Date.
