Conservation Trust definition

Conservation Trust means the Hawaan Sibaya Conservation Trust, IT No. which is to be registered by the SELLER as contemplated and provided for in the record of decision issued by the KwaZulu-Natal Agriculture and Environmental Affairs Department and dated 26th March 2009 (Reference No. EIA/5809), as amended.
Conservation Trust means the trust established by ROC, as Grantor, and a Land Conservation Organization selected by Grantor, as Trust Grantee, whereby Grantor shall fund and Trust Grantee shall complete the conservation of Conserved Lands as required by this Consent Decree.
Conservation Trust mean the same thing and refer to the trust established by this Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of Conservation Trust

Conservation Trust means the trust created by order of the Conservation Court pursuant to the Conservation Trust Agreement to be entered into by the Conservator pursuant to the Rehabilitation Plan to hold the Company’s residual assets and liabilities that are not transferred or assigned to the Purchaser or AmTrust, and thereby legally and irrevocably sever such liabilities and assets from the Corporate Shell.
Conservation Trust means the Puerto Rico Conservation Trust Fund. “Conservation Trust Monthly Amount” shall mean, with respect to each Cover Over Payment that is not a Tax Extender Payment, a positive amount equal to one-sixth (1/6) of the difference of (x) the number of proof gallons used in calculating the Puerto Rico Rum COR included in such Cover Over Payment as set forth in the applicable Government Certification, multiplied by the lesser of (A) the Cover Over Rate then in effect as set forth in the applicable Government Certification and (B) $13.25, minus (y) such number of proof gallons multiplied by $10.50.
