Potential consultants are expected to have a working relationship with local U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USAGE), California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), and Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) staffers and experience with FESA Section 7 formal and informal consultations, and FESA Section 10 Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) preparation.
All recipients must comply with section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
Customer further agrees to comply with and be bound by LMUD’s Rate Order, other orders, rules and regulations, policies, guidelines, Water Conservation Plan, and Drought Contingency Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time by LMUD in its sole discretion, and agrees to the imposition and payment of fines and penalties for noncompliance.
The Energy Conservation Assistance Act, together with any applicable rules, regulations or procedures authorized by such statute, is incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
