Amendments to 10 the Agreement are subject to Section 15.4. Mutual Consent Reopener Cause.
Sections 4 (Prospectus, Marketing Materials and Representations), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Limitation of Liability) and 15 (Governing Law; Consent to Jurisdiction) hereof, as well as this Section 22, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Further, each Rollover Consent (as defined in the Cashless Rollover Letter) that includes a consent to the terms of this Amendment may be compiled with, and deemed to be a part of, this Amendment.
