Examples of common law in a sentence
For the purposes of this Clause, immediate family is defined as father, mother (including stepfather, stepmother or adoptive parent), brother, sister, spouse (including Common Law spouse), child (including child of Common Law spouse or xxxx of the employee), father-in-law, mother-in-law, grand-parents of the employee, and the person permanently residing in the employee's household or with whom the employee permanently resides.
The Cheer St. Xxxxx names, including team names, mascot, abbreviations and slogans are property of Cheer St. Xxxxx and protected under Trademark Common Law.
As such, all and any Intellectual Property rights vesting in a Party, whether by Legislation or otherwise (including but not limited to the Common Law), will remain vested in that Party.
