Partnership Act definition

Partnership Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 6 Del. C. §§ 17-101, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and any successor to such statute.

• In particular, the Partnership is formed pursuant to the Partnership Act, and the rights and liabilities of the Partners shall be as provided therein, except as herein otherwise expressly provided.
