Jurisdiction of formation means the jurisdiction whose law includes the organic law of an entity.
Use of force means: (A) Use of a dangerous instrument; or (B) use of actual physical force or violence or superior physical strength against the victim.
Certificate of Formation means the Certificate of Formation of the Company filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 2.1, as such Certificate of Formation may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)
County of residence means the county in this state in which, at the time a person applies for or receives services, the person is living and has established an ongoing presence with the declared, good faith intention of living in the county for a permanent or indefinite period of time. The county of residence of a person who is a homeless person is the county where the homeless person usually sleeps. A person maintains residency in the county in which the person last resided while the person is present in another county receiving services in a hospital, a correctional facility, a halfway house for community-based corrections or substance-related treatment, a nursing facility, an intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or a residential care facility, or for the purpose of attending a college or university. Delaware LP Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.
Event of Force Majeure means one of the following events:
Articles of Organization means the original documents filed to organize a limited liability company, as amended or restated by certificates of correction, amendment, or merger, by restated articles, or by other instruments filed or issued under any statute.
Delaware Business Trust Act means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code Section 3801 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time.
Delaware Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 6 Del C. Section 17-101, et seq., as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, and any successor to such statute.
Delaware LLC Act means the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, as amended from time to time.
Date of filing means the date an applicant submits a noti- fication of intent or the date an applicant files an application, whichever is earlier.
Registered Office means the registered office for the time being of the Company.
Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.
Partnership Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 6 Del. C. §§ 17-101, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and any successor to such statute.
County highway means a public road that is constructed and
Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.
City Clerk means the City Clerk of the City of Detroit.
Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

Filed with the secretary of state means, except as otherwise permitted by law or rule:
Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.
rules of court means Rules of Court made under this Act and includes forms;
Certificate of Limited Partnership means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 7.2, as such Certificate of Limited Partnership may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
