Chief Building Official means the Chief Building Official appointed by the by-law of The Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie for the purposes of enforcement of the Act;

Chief Building Official means the chief building official appointed by by-law by Council for the purposes of enforcement of the Act, the Building Code and this By-law;
