Returning Officer definition

Returning Officer means a Returning Officer appointed pursuant to the Act;
Returning Officer means the Returning Officer appointed under section 3;
Returning Officer means a person appointed by the Club to conduct an election on behalf of the Club, and shall include the State Electoral Commissioner or his representative when said Commissioner conducts an election.

More Definitions of Returning Officer

Returning Officer means the person appointed under paragraph 4 to be the returning officer for the purposes of this bye-law;
