Change Control Procedure definition

Change Control Procedure has the meaning set out at Clause 28.1;
Change Control Procedure means the procedure as set out in Schedule 3 (Change Control Procedure);
Change Control Procedure the procedure for changing this Agreement set out in Schedule 8.2 (Change Control Procedure);

Examples of Change Control Procedure in a sentence

  • No modification, variation or amendment to this Call-Off Agreement shall be effective unless such modification, variation or amendment is agreed by both Parties using the Change Control Procedure.
