Certificate Closing Date definition

Certificate Closing Date means September 25, 1997.
Certificate Closing Date means the date of closing with respect to the purchase of Secured Certificates by the Pass Through Trustees contemplated by Section 1(a) of the Participation Agreement.

Related to Certificate Closing Date
