Central Transmission Utility definition

Central Transmission Utility means the Government Company notified by the Central Government under Sub-Section (1) of Section 38 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
Central Transmission Utility means any Government company which the Central Government may notify under sub-section (1) of section 38;
