Power Grid means the set of the national transmission grid (RTN) and the other power grids having third-party access obligation and directly connected with the national transmission grid;

  • If the Power Plant is not interconnected with the Power Grid by the Tariff Commencement Date of Unit I, or is not available for use in accordance with the requirements as described in Article 9 hereof, then the failure of the Power Plant to generate electricity shall be deemed to be Anhui Power's responsibility.

  • Party A will, on demand, indemnify Party B on and from any costs, losses or expenses(including fines) incurred or imposed as a consequence of any breach of this paragraph, and pay directly the related expenses and penalties under the Interconnection Contract and the Dispatch Agreement to the dispatcher of the Power Grid.
