Cell Site definition

Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.
Cell Site means the Communication Provider’s radio base station premises or Third Party CP radio base station premises;
Cell Site means the location of fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities associated with the origination and termination of wireless traffic to a wireless end user and may be used as a point of interconnection to the landline network.

More Definitions of Cell Site

Cell Site or “site” means a tract or parcel of land that contains personal wireless service facilities including any antenna, support structure, accessory buildings, and parking, and may include other uses associated with and ancillary to personal wireless services.
Cell Site means the location of CMRS radio transmitting and receiving facilities. “Commercial Mobile Radio Service” or “CMRS” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.
Cell Site means a cellular radio base station location consisting of radio, antenna, and power equipment: (i) which provides cellular telecommunications service to a particular geographic area; (ii) in which certain Components of a System are installed in accordance with this Agreement and an applicable Market Purchase Agreement; (iii) which complies with the Infrastructure and Environmental Requirements; and (iv) in which a direct antenna frame hook-up is provided by Customer for the Cell Site System Hardware installed therein.
