  • In the event of the Issuer/RTA failing to make payment of any such fees, costs, charges or deposits, as the case may be, on or before the respective due dates, CDSL shall be entitled to charge interest on any delayed payments at the rate as may be prescribed by CDSL.

  • Once the said balance is blocked as aforesaid, CDSL shall not permit any debits or creation of any pledge or hypothecation in respect of the blocked securities pending rematerialisation.

  • SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair.
