Baseline Programme definition

Baseline Programme means the programme as non-objected by the Engineer representing the Services to be provided under the Agreement.
Baseline Programme means the first Works Programme issued with a Notice to Proceed by the Engineer that is used solely to assess the Contractor’s progress.
Baseline Programme means the proposed works programme submitted with the Tender.

More Definitions of Baseline Programme

Baseline Programme means the programme defining the Scope of Works to be executed and the timing and sequence required to effect the completion of East Rail Extensions, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Clause 19.
Baseline Programme means the programme of the Scope of Works to be executed, the timing and sequence required to effect the completion of the Penny’s Bay Rail Link, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Clause 11, a summary of which as at the date of this Agreement in respect of the period up to the Scheduled Operating Date is set out in Appendix A.
Baseline Programme means the programme defining the Kowloon Southern Link Works to be executed and the timing and sequence required to effect the completion of KSL, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Clause 19.

Related to Baseline Programme

  • Programme means any television broadcast and includes-

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • GDP or “Gross Domestic Product” for the purposes of this LOA means the expenditure side value of all goods and services produced in British Columbia for a given year as stated in the BC Economic Accounts;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
