Authentication Credentials means the data and devices in the possession of a person, whether known by or uniquely related to the latter, that are used for computer authentication,

  • Licensee's access to the Licensed Application may be dependent upon a security access system that requires each Authorized User to use one or more Authentication Credentials.

  • Authentication Credentials shall not be transferred between or among Authorized Users or other individuals or systems, and Licensee shall implement all necessary and appropriate measures to ensure that (i) such transfers do not occur, and (ii) these and all other requirements of this Section 5.5 (including its subsections) are met, including, without limitation, apprising its employees and Independent Contractors with a need to know of the requirements of this Section.

  • Licensee represents and warrants that each individual or system accessing the Licensed Application using Authentication Credentials issued to Licensee is employed, retained as an Independent Contractor or used by Licensee.
