If at any time the Company shall fail to maintain any such required office or agency or shall fail to furnish the Trustee with the address thereof, such presentations, surrenders, notices and demands may be made or served at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee, and the Company hereby appoints the Trustee as its agent to receive all such presentations, surrenders, notices and demands.
Subject to the limitations contained in paragraph (c) of this Section, Bonds may be exchanged at the Designated Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee for a like aggregate principal amount of Bonds of the same interest rate and Maturity Date of other Authorized Denominations bearing numbers not contemporaneously outstanding.
Any provision in this Article for the mailing of a notice or other paper to owners of Bonds shall be fully complied with if it is mailed postage prepaid only (i) to each Registered Owner of then Outstanding Bonds at his address, if any, appearing upon the registration books maintained by the City at the Designated Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee, and (ii) to the Trustee.
