Anti-Corruption definition

Anti-Corruption means all Laws applicable to each Party prohibiting corruption or bribery of Government Officials, kickbacks, inducements, and other related forms of commercial corruption or bribery;
Anti-Corruption. Each party shall comply, with the Bribery Act 2010 and all other applicable Legal Requirements prohibiting, restricting or regulating bribery and corruption; and not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 6 of the Bribery Act 2010.

Anti-Corruption. The Consultant will not make and has not made directly or indirectly, any payments or given anything of value to any third party, including any foreign official, foreign political party or foreign party candidate in connection with the Company’s activities or in obtaining or retaining business from any government agency or instrumentality. Related to Anti-Corruption

  • Corruption means the abuse of entrusted power for private gain. It may include improperly influencing the actions of another party or causing harm to another party. The gain or benefit may be for the person doing the act or for others.

  • Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning this legislation;

  • FCPA means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.

  • Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.

  • HIPAA means the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended.

  • Privacy Regulations means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as amended in 2004, 2011, 2015 and 2016 and as may be further amended from time to time;
