Sanctions Laws definition

Sanctions Laws means all U.S. and non-U.S. Laws relating to economic or trade sanctions, including the Laws administered or enforced by the United States (including by OFAC or the U.S. Department of State), the United Nations Security Council, and the European Union.
Sanctions Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
Sanctions Laws means those trade, economic and financial sanctions Laws and trade embargoes administered, enacted or enforced from time to time by (i) the United States (including the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control and the United States Department of State), (ii) Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom, (iii) the United Nations, or (iv) the European Union or any European Union member state.

Sanctions Laws means the economic or financial sanctions laws and/or regulations, trade embargoes, prohibitions, restructure measures, decisions, executive orders or notices from regulators implemented, adapted, imposed, administered, enacted and/or enforced by any Sanctions Authority.
