At the end of the first event season in which the Expansion Project is operational and in subsequent years if three (3) members of the Oversight Committee deem it necessary at their Annual Meeting, or upon any Additional Construction, the City, the Oversight Committee and Peregrine shall review and, if necessary, revise this Stadium GNA to address any changes in uses or conditions since the commencement of this Stadium GNA.
