Actual Utilisation Quantity definition

Actual Utilisation Quantity has the meaning given in Clause 5.14; “Additional Quantity” has the meaning given in Clause 13.7; “Affected Party” means:

Actual Utilisation Quantity means, in respect of a Nomination, the actual measured quantity of Natural Gas (expressed in kWh/Day, measured by the relevant NTS Measurement Equipment for the Facility) not used by the Service Provider pursuant to the Nomination instructing demand reduction, as notified to the Service Provider by the Customer pursuant to Clause 5.12;
Actual Utilisation Quantity means on a Day, the quantity of Natural Gas (in kWh) injected into or withdrawn from the Facility and allocated to the Customer at the Gas Delivery Point, unless deemed to be zero (0) in accordance with Clause 5.14;

  • Actual Uptime means, of the Total Operation Hours, the aggregate number of hours in any month during which each equipment is actually available for use.
