Contract Price(s) definition

Contract Price(s) means the price(s) tendered by the contractor and accepted by the Council for the execution of the contract.
Contract Price(s) means any or all of them;
Contract Price(s) means the price(s) stipulated in the Purchase Order adjusted in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
