Acquisition Closing definition

Acquisition Closing means the closing of the Acquisition.

Acquisition Closing means, where the Acquisition is implemented by way of a Scheme, the Scheme becoming effective in accordance with its terms, and where the Acquisition is implemented by way of a Takeover Offer, the Takeover Offer becoming or being declared unconditional in all respects;
