Access Charges definition

Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.
Access Charges means amounts payable by a Access Holder under a User Agreement for Access.

  • The suspension of any rights under this clause 26 does not affect or suspend any other obligation of the Access Holder, including the obligation to pay Access Charges under this Agreement, and is without prejudice to Aurizon Network’s other rights and remedies in respect of that or any other default.
