Withdrawal from Residence. If a Resident chooses to withdraw from the Residence for any reason, a $650 withdrawal fee is charged for early termination of this Agreement. In addition, the Resident is responsible for the period in which they occupied the Room at a pro-rated cost. All requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to Student Housing & Residence Life a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the date of departure. Failure to do so will result in a $600 administrative fee as outlined in Section 5.5.
Withdrawal from Residence. AFTER MOVING IN If, after you move into residence, you wish to move out earlier than your original requested check out date, written notice must be submitted, at least 14 days in advance (e.g., if you are planning to move out on June 30th, your notice must be submitted no later than June 16th). Failure to submit proper notice will result in a late withdrawal fee of $150.

Withdrawal from Residence. AFTER MOVING IN Withdrawals are permitted at any time after move-in but are subject to a $350 withdrawal fee. Withdrawals can only be made through the residence portal. Students with authorized and processed withdrawals will receive a credit on their Aurora account (or a credit on their StarRez residence account in the case of ICM students) based on a daily prorated amount.
Withdrawal from Residence. In the event that I cancel my reservation after acceptance, and prior to the commencement of the Summer Term, I agree to forfeit the $500 residence deposit. I further agree that in the event that I withdraw, or am required to withdraw, from the Residence after moving in but prior to the end of the Term, for any reason, including, but not limited to, eviction for disciplinary related infractions, that I am responsible for Summer Fees in their entirety.

I further acknowledge that should I decide to cancel or withdraw from Residence, I must do so via StarRez at xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, and that any cancellations or withdrawals will not be accepted in-person.
