Waiver of Jury Trial and Counterclaims. Landlord and Tenant hereby waive the right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding between and among them or their successors on any matters whatsoever arising out of this Lease, the relationship of Landlord and Tenant, Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises, and/or any claim of injury or damage.
