Voucher Program a. The owner is leasing the contract unit to the tenant for occupancy by the tenant’s family with assistance for a tenancy under the Section 8 housing choice voucher program (voucher program) of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Voucher Program. The CONTRACTOR will offer businesses vouchers for the cost of pollution prevention equipment or other recommendations, in accordance with the procedures developed for this voucher program. Payments will be made directly by the CONTRACTOR to the business. Examples of qualifying equipment or costs include but are not limited to secondary containment, drum covers, drum funnels with lids, infrastructure changes, substitution of less toxic products, and catch basin cleaning. The CONTRACTOR must maintain records for each of their voucher reimbursement payments issued and ensure a business is limited to one voucher per calendar year. Each voucher payment will be capped at $500 or less. These reimbursements will come from the $5,000 budget category included in this contract and cannot be shifted to or from other budget categories (see Appendix B). Documentation of voucher payments will be submitted to ECOLOGY with the quarterly invoicing (Section X). The specific forms, processes, and procedure for this voucher program will be developed in the first six months of this contract by the Product Replacement Program Advisory Committee. The CONTRACTOR will follow the procedures approved by ECOLOGY and housed on the PPA Partnership SharePoint. The target date for beginning to offer this voucher program is January 3, 2022.

Before renting pre-1978 housing, lessors must disclose the presence of known lead- based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. Voucher Program. Provider authorizes ARES to offer and sell to Customers Vouchers for Product that shall be honored by Provider pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Customers booking Product shall be required to submit Vouchers, together with a valid ID, to Provider in order to redeem Vouchers for Product. Provider agrees to honor the Vouchers without prior notification. Provider agrees to either exchange such Vouchers for its proprietary tickets or accept Vouchers directly in lieu of its proprietary tickets. After the Product has been consumed by the Customer, Provider shall submit the original Vouchers to ARES for reimbursement, along with any other supporting documentation as may be reasonably requested by ARES. As agreed to by the Parties, certain Vouchers may state that prior to their redemption, Provider must be called to confirm the reservation and/or schedule the provision of the Product, and the Customer must follow such other redemption instructions in order to redeem the Voucher as may be set forth on Exhibit B or as may be reasonably otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties. Provider agrees to provide ARES with a list and to continually update such list of each Product that requires notification and/or such other redemption instructions prior to redemption.

  • Other Programs The Executive will, during his employment under this Agreement, be included to the extent eligible thereunder in all employee benefit plans, programs or arrangements (including, without limitation, any plans, programs or arrangements providing for retirement benefits, incentive compensation, profit sharing, bonuses, disability benefits, health and life insurance, or vacation and paid holiday) which may be established by the Company for, or made available to, its executives generally.

  • Other Program Requirements A. The Developer agrees to adopt affirmative marketing procedures and requirements and prepare a written Affirmative Marketing Plan for projects containing five or more HOME-assisted units. The Affirmative Marketing Plan must be available for public inspection in the Developer’s office. The plan must contain specific steps and actions that the Developer will take to provide information and otherwise attract eligible persons for all racial, ethnic, and gender groups in the housing market area to the available housing. Specific activities that must be included in the Developer’s Affirmative Marketing Plan include:

  • Program 3.01 The Recipient declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end:

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Mentor Program a. Each new Bargaining Unit Member (first year employee) shall be assigned a mentor. An exception may be made, as determined by the Superintendent, for new part-time Bargaining unit Members of whom have prior service in the same program operated by the Board. The mentor shall assist the new Bargaining Unit Member in general teaching procedures, techniques, classroom planning and organization, school functions and regulations and other areas of professional growth and development. The Association President in collaboration with the Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator and appropriate Directors shall submit nominations of three (3) qualified staff members to the Superintendent, after obtaining the candidates’ permission. The Superintendent may elect to nominate one of the candidates to the Board of Education for assignment, or ask the Association President and Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator for additional nominations.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • Program Review The Contracting Officer or other authorized government representative may hold semi- annual program review meetings. Such meetings will be held via telecom or video teleconferencing. However, the Government reserves the right to request a meeting in person. The meetings will include all BPA holders, representatives from prospective customer agencies, a combination of current and prospective customer agencies, or individual BPA holders. Some Federal Government Agencies and any approved State, Local and Tribal agencies may establish a central program management function. Such users may require their primary suppliers to participate in agency program review meetings on a periodic basis, at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Educational Programs 412. Subject to the approval of the appointing officer, Personal Property Auditors and other represented employees shall be on paid status when attending educational programs required to maintain a job-related state license.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. XXX will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
