Vehicle Condition Report. If a maintenance problem with the Driver’s bus arises, this problem must be submitted electronically via the District’s bus repair work order system. If the bus repair work order system is not working at the time the problem is submitted, the District shall make a repair-service form available to the Driver for use and a paper copy of the problem submitted to the head mechanic, or his/her designee.

Vehicle Condition Report. The Renter received the vehicle in excellent condition and ascertains that it fully serves his purposes. Renter cannot hold CITIRENT liable for lack of dilligence, which might prevent and eventual malfunction of the vehicle. Vehicle Condition Report. ("Check out / in the report") – an internal act of the Lessor that contains all relevant information about the vehicle before and after the rental period, especially the state of mileage and equipment, fuel amount, damage and any defects on the rented vehicle.
