VACATIONS WITH PAY. All employees of the Company with less than one (1) year of employment shall receive a vacation pay in accordance with the regulations established under the Canada Labour Code. Employees who have completed one (1) year of employment shall receive two (2) weeks of vacation with vacation pay calculated at a rate of four percent (4%) of their gross earnings to date.
