Union Labor. Where required, Exhibitor hereby agrees to use qualified union labor at all times while in the Exhibit Hall and abide by all agreements made between the Exhibit Hall, the unions, and Show Management.
Union Labor. The Exhibitor must comply with all union regulations applicable to set-up, display, and dismantling of Exhibit Space, and all labor contracts and labor regulations in effect in the convention facility for the show.
Union Labor. If required by local ordinances, Exhibitor must comply with all union regulations applicable to installation and display of Exhibits.

Tenant shall not contract for any work or service which might involve the employment of labor incompatible with the Building employees or employees of contractors doing work or performing services by or on behalf of Landlord or with the terms and conditions of any collective bargaining agreement to which Landlord or Landlord’s agents or contractors may be a party.
Union Labor. Union labor must be utilized for major construction activities related to the Project and must include a Project Labor Agreement requirement in any related engineering, procurement and construction agreements. The labor group that is responsible for construction and maintenance of the Storage Facility must have policies in place that are designed to limit or prevent workplace harassment and discrimination. In addition, such labor group must have policies in place that are designed to promote workplace diversity, equity and inclusion of communities who have been traditionally underrepresented in the renewable energy sector including, but not limited to, women, veterans and black, indigenous and people of color, with an aspirational goal of having at least 15 percent of the total work hours performed by individuals from those communities.
Union Labor. Reference is hereby made to Paragraph 40 of the Lease which requires the use of union labor, which provision in hereby deemed incorporated herein in its entirety.

These agreements may affect, among other matters, the installation and dismantling of an exhibit. Exhibitor is solely responsible for compliance with such agreements and payment for any services required by such agreements.
Union Labor. Certain tasks involving the set-up and/or breakdown of events may require union labor. Exhibitors are required to observe all contracts in effect between BOMA, OBS, the official contractors, the KCC and various labor organizations. BOMA and OBS cannot take responsibility for interference with the show caused by labor disputes involving individual exhibitors.
