Uninterrupted Service. The CTC agrees that neither it, nor its agents acting on behalf of the CTC, shall strike, engage in or support any concerted refusal to render full and complete service, as required by statute and the terms of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement.
Uninterrupted Service. Service to be rendered by the Company under this franchise shall be continuous unless prevented from doing so by fire, acts of God, unavoidable accidents or casualties, or reasonable interruptions necessary to properly service the Company’s equipment, and in such event service shall be resumed as quickly as is reasonably possible.

Uninterrupted Service. It shall be the right of all Subscribers to continue to receive service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Grantee are honored. The Grantee, therefore, shall at all times maintain all parts of the Cable System in good condition and repair so as to provide that service on an uninterrupted basis. In the event that the Grantee elects to overbuild, rebuild, modify or sell the Cable System, or the Grantor or its designated agent give(s) notice of its (a) intent to terminate or (b) decision not to renew this Franchise as permitted in Article I, Section 6 (Duration and Acceptance of Franchise) or in the Cable Act, the Grantee shall act so as to ensure that all Subscribers receive continuous, uninterrupted service, except when the interruption occurs as a result of (a) an event of force majeure, as provided in Article III, Section 4 (Force Majeure) or (b) the termination, revocation or non-renewal of this Franchise, all as provided in this Franchise Agreement, and Grantee will take steps to sell the Cable System to another operator.
Uninterrupted Service. Columbia does not guarantee uninterrupted service but 26 will use sound engineering practices, which may include, but are not limited to, appropriate 27 provisions of South Carolina Regulation 61-67 (wastewater construction standards); South 28 Carolina Regulation 61-9 (discharge standards); the Handbook: Sewer System Infrastructure 29 Analysis and Rehabilitation, EPA/625/6-91/030, 1991; Existing Sewer Evaluation and 30 Rehabilitation, WEF MOP FD-6, 1994, Third Edition 2009; and the most recent edition of 31 “Recommended Standards for Wastewater Facilities” by the Great Lakes-Upper Mississippi 32 River Board of State and Provincial Public Health and Environmental Managers (commonly 33 known as the “Ten State Standards.”) and best efforts to ensure that service is not interrupted or 34 if interrupted is restored in a prompt manner. Columbia will operate and maintain the Columbia 35 System consistent with applicable state and federal regulations to minimize disruptions or 36 environmental impacts due to interruptions of service.
Uninterrupted Service. 12.3.1 The BOC acknowledges and accepts that it is imperative for the success of the Rea Vaya BRT System that the Bus Operating Services be rendered without interruption or delay and undertakes to do or procure the doing of all things necessary to ensure such uninterrupted and timeous service, including without being limited to maintaining a reserve Fleet, which shall be available for immediate deployment if required, of at least 5%, rounded up to the nearest number of complete Vehicles of the number of Vehicles required for the Scheduled Trips on a fully operational basis at any given time.
