We agree that our son/daughter will travel to and from the host country in strict accordance with the travel plans made by the assigned implementing organization and in accordance with the dates arranged by the assigned implementing organization. No exceptions will be made to the assigned travel dates to accommodate other travel, work, programs, or special school, community, or family events.

If travelling with school, school advisor or coordinator more than 3 days, you must give details to the national office. * Travelling for optional activities (Massage Course, Meditation Camp, and Optional Trip) is allowed only during school holidays and never during school time. The travelling is only permitted with the permission from host family, host school and AFS Thailand. The form asking for optional activities should be submitted 1 months before the activities and Program Waiver (PW) is required while you are doing these activities.
