Town Hall. Employees who work thirty-seven and one half (37.5) hours at Town Hall will regularly work 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a thirty (30) minute lunch period. Employees who work forty (40) hours at Town Hall will regularly work 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a thirty (30) minute lunch period. The exception of this will be custodians who work at Town Hall whose hours will either be 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Public Works The regular hours of work for the clerical employees at the Department of Public Works shall conform to the regular business hours of that department.

Town Hall. Not more than twice in any calendar month, Subtenant shall have the right to use one or more of the rooms that comprise Sublandlord’s “Town Hall” located on the first (1st) floor of the Building, at no cost to Subtenant, upon reasonable prior written notice to Sublandlord; provided, however, that (i) Subtenant’s right to use the Town Hall shall at all times be subject and subordinate to Sublandlord’s use, and to any other subtenant’s prior reservation, of the Town Hall; provided that, once Subtenant has reserved the Town Hall pursuant to the procedures established by Sublandlord, and such reservation has been accepted by Sublandlord, thereafter Sublandlord shall have no right to preempt, cancel or reschedule Subtenant’s use of the Town Hall at the reserved time without Subtenant’s concurrence, (ii) Subtenant shall be required to comply with the terms of the Prime Lease and such other reasonable rules and regulations that Sublandlord may require, and (iii) Subtenant shall be solely responsible at its expense for set-up and cleaning of the Town Hall. Subtenant's right to use the Town Hall shall include use of the audio/visual equipment situated therein, provided that such use shall be under the supervision of Sublandlord’s personnel, and Subtenant shall reimburse Sublandlord for the hourly cost of such personnel.

Town Hall. It is anticipated the City will hold one Town Hall for the proposed project, in accordance with City guidelines and standards. The Consultant will assist in the organization and preparation of the meeting. The Consultant will prepare notification letters and meeting materials (i.e. agenda, name tags, sign-in sheets, comment cards, etc.) in English and Spanish, if necessary. Spanish translation will also be provided at the Town Hall, if necessary. In preparation for the Town Hall, the Consultant shall secure the meeting location, date and time (includes securing a/v equipment, chairs/tables, podium, etc.) and mail out notices to all property owners within a quarter- mile radius. In addition, the Consultant will provide support for the PowerPoint presentation, if required, including preparation of summary slides for environmental impacts, commenting options, etc. Up to five exhibit board designs will be prepared and published by the Consultant for the public meeting, as well as media packets (a folder that will include a news release, project map, and comment card). All materials will be prepared in English and Spanish, if necessary. The Consultant will attend the Town Hall and gather information and public comments required to prepare a Documentation of Town Hall Report. This report will include a comment/response matrix, meeting materials, etc.
Town Hall. The scheduled hours of work for bargaining unit employees are attached at Appendix A. With respect to those employees who are exempt from state and federal minimum wage and overtime laws (hereinafter referred to as "exempt" employees), the schedules are minimum guidelines.
