Clerical Employees. There shall be a probationary period of four (4) months with a mid-point evaluation after two (2) months. This probationary period may be extended for no more than an additional thirty (30) days.

Clerical Employees a. With the exception of the day following Thanksgiving, clerical employees who are required to work on a regular University holiday will be compensated at one and one- half (1 1/2) times their basic straight-time hourly rate; provided, that if a regular University holiday falls on an employee's regularly scheduled day off and the employee is required to work, the employee will be compensated at two (2) times the basic straight-time hourly rate for the hours actually worked. In addition, employees required to work on regular University holidays will be given equivalent time off, with pay, within thirty (30) days or after the holiday, or pay in lieu of time off.
Clerical Employees. 1. Effective July 1, 2020, all clerical employees shall be paid at least $13.86 per hour, subject to local law applicable to the location where any given individual works.
