The Authority. Contracting AUTHORITY shall be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion and notwithstanding any other provision in this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts whether the Commercially Sensitive Information and/or any other Information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations
