Support Providers. The Lancaster Consortium BTSA Induction Program is committed to providing a comprehensive induction program for teachers on years one and two of their first teaching credential, and out-of-state credentialed teachers with less than two years of experience. Support providers work collaboratively with 1 or 2 Participating Teachers to provide individual assistance as needed within the context of teaching. In addition, support providers reinforce the underlying principles of the California state approved Formative Assessment System for Teachers by completing a series of events with their partners. The approved number of support providers needed at each site is dependent upon the number of teachers participating in the BTSA Inductions Program.
Support Providers. 6B.4.1 Unit member(s) must apply and shall not be assigned in order to be considered for a support provider position(s). The Support Provider shall be a credentialed teacher with tenured status, at least 5 years of experience, and/or retired teacher in good standing with recent classroom experience. The Support Provider must have exemplary teaching ability, communication skills, and mastery of strategies to meet student needs. Support Providers will be selected through an application and interview process which shall include a classroom observation.

  • Child Support Payments Child Support payments for the Children Outside the Couple shall be made by the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife to the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife in payments of $ due each month commencing on the 1st of the month following a petition for Divorce being filed in the jurisdiction of Governing Law (“Child Support”). Child Support shall continue until the first of the following events:

  • Credit Support A Credit Support Document between the Parties may apply to obligations governed by the Agreement.   • Child Support Obligation Under Section 231.006(d) of the Texas Family Code regarding child support, Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive the specified payment and acknowledges that the Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Restricted Use By Outsourcers / Facilities Management, Service Bureaus or Other Third Parties Outsourcers, facilities management or service bureaus retained by Licensee shall have the right to use the Product to maintain Licensee’s business operations, including data processing, for the time period that they are engaged in such activities, provided that: 1) Licensee gives notice to Contractor of such party, site of intended use of the Product, and means of access; and 2) such party has executed, or agrees to execute, the Product manufacturer’s standard nondisclosure or restricted use agreement which executed agreement shall be accepted by the Contractor (“Non-Disclosure Agreement”); and 3) if such party is engaged in the business of facility management, outsourcing, service bureau or other services, such third party will maintain a logical or physical partition within its computer system so as to restrict use and access to the program to that portion solely dedicated to beneficial use for Licensee. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Obligations of Covered Entity (1) Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any limitations in its notice of privacy practices of Covered Entity, in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.520, or to the extent that such limitation may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI.

  • Providers Services performed by a provider who has been excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid.   • Financial Participation Prohibited Under Section 2155.004, Texas Government Code (relating to financial participation in preparing solicitations), Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Support Contacts For the Software Subscriptions, you may contact Red Hat through your designated Support Contacts. You may designate up to the number of contacts described in Table 2.8 below based on the number of Standard and Premium Software Subscriptions you have purchased (other than for Academic Edition Customers with Campus Wide Subscriptions*). We will provide Subscription Services to you solely by communicating during the Hours of Coverage with the individual Support Contact(s) you appoint. For Premium Support, in order to receive 24x7 coverage for Severity 1 and 2 issues, you must provide a dedicated point of contact who will be available until the issue is resolved. You may change your designated Support Contacts by notifying us in writing and giving us five business days to process the change. The Support Contacts should have “read and write” access to the necessary files, English language communication skills and relevant technical knowledge.

  • Special Rules Regarding Related Entities and Branches That Are Nonparticipating Financial Institutions If a Finnish Financial Institution, that otherwise meets the requirements described in paragraph 1 of this Article or is described in paragraph 3 or 4 of this Article, has a Related Entity or branch that operates in a jurisdiction that prevents such Related Entity or branch from fulfilling the requirements of a participating FFI or deemed-compliant FFI for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code or has a Related Entity or branch that is treated as a Nonparticipating Financial Institution solely due to the expiration of the transitional rule for limited FFIs and limited branches under relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, such Finnish Financial Institution shall continue to be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and shall continue to be treated as a deemed- compliant FFI or exempt beneficial owner, as appropriate, for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, provided that:
