Storage Gnarantee Compensation h1 the event of a breach of the Storage guarantee set out in Clause 31.6, PREP A shall be compensated by a reduction of Hire as follows: Vessel's Storage Deficiency Percentage Hire Reduction for that Xxxxx Day Lower than 50% Hire rate multiplied by Vessel's Storage Deficiency Percentage; such Hire Reduction to be subtracted from Hire Equal to or higher than 50% 100% and the Vessel will be Off-Hire The Vessel's Storage Deficiency Percentage shall mean the difference between the guaranteed Storage capacity of the Vessel set out in Clause 31.6 and the actual Storage capacity of the Vessel, expressed as a percentage of the guaranteed Storage capacity of the Vessel. Should, for example, the actual Storage capacity of the Vessel be 111,450 cubic meters of LNG, the Vessel's Storage Deficiency Percentage shall be 25%. While Hire is reduced for a breach of the Storage gnarantee, the Storage capacity and number of hours set out in the Loading Rate Performance Guarantee in Clause 31.2(a)(i) shall be reduced proportionately.
