STATUTORY HOLIDAYS 13. 01 The following days shall be recognized as statutory holidays for the purpose of this Agreement. New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day. All employees shall be entitled to the holidays specified. Eligibility will be determined according to Articles 13.02 through 13.05 and as per Alberta Employment Standards legislation.

STATUTORY HOLIDAYS 13. 01‌ The following days shall be recognized as statutory holidays for the purpose of this Agreement. All employees who have been employed a minimum of 30 days shall be entitled to the holidays specified, according to Articles 13.01.02 through 13.01.06. New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

  • Statutory Holiday Pay Employees who qualify for statutory holiday pay shall be paid an average day's pay on the Statutory Holidays above, based on the following: amount paid / days worked. “Amount paid” is the amount earned by the employee for work done during the thirty (30) calendars day period preceding the statutory holiday, including vacation pay but excluding overtime pay. “Days worked” is the number of days the employee worked or earned wages during that thirty (30) calendar day period.

  • Public Holidays 11.1 The following days are public holidays: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and any other gazetted public holidays in the relevant state or territory in which the work is being performed, other than:
