Shipping Services. MH shall arrange for rail and/or traffic services, together with the infrastructure and personnel to provide same, both to receive all raw materials related to the production of the Product and to transport finished Product from the Plant to all Product shipping destinations. Such services and infrastructure shall include but shall not be limited to:
Shipping Services. From time to time Publisher may request Co-Publisher to ship stock of Co-Publisher's books held by Co-Publisher to fill orders placed by Publisher's other customers. Shipping Services. The Customer is responsible for all shipping services to move Custom Helicopters from Sikorsky’s facility subsequent to acceptance of Completion Services. Sikorsky’s responsibility to deliver or provide any shipping services for moving helicopter from its facilities to a Customer designated location is subject to separate agreement or amendment to the Agreement. Sikorsky agrees to store the Custom Helicopter at Customer’s risk up to ten (10) days subsequent to acceptance of Completion Services at Sikorsky’s expense. Customer shall pay for additional days of storage at the rate of $[***] ([***] Dollars) per day.

Commercial Local Courier delivery services for Same Day delivery of extremely urgent letters, small packages, and heavyweight shipments, including any accessorial services, within a Metropolitan City Area, offered to the general public. Charges incurred for the transportation of things (including animals) via common carrier and contract carrier. This includes demurrage, switching, re-crating, refrigerating, and other incidental expenses. Charges incurred for the local transportation of things. This includes cartage, handling, contractual transfers of supplies and equipment, and other charges incident to local transportation. Excludes Moving/Relocation Services. Events Planning and Management/Public Relations Services/Marketing Services: Includes Writing Services, Event Planning and Management, Media Relations, Marketing, Graphics Design, Radio and Television Analysis, and Press Services. Furniture Rehabilitation and Office Reconfiguration: Refinishing or refurbishing furniture, including painting, staining, reupholstering and repair. Pick-up and delivery are included. Management support services for the design, installation and reconfiguration of office furniture. Services cover those required to coordinate and monitor furniture design and installation phases of new furniture installations to ensure a smooth project completion. Graphic Arts/Design Services: Includes exhibits, posters, pamphlets, and presentation materials. Excludes website design. IT Consulting/Training Services: Includes consulting and training for IT Software, IT Equipment and Telecommunications. IT Hardware Repair: Repairs to Government-owned IT equipment such as personal computers, word processing equipment, fax machine and printers. IT Services: Services associated with IT operations and data-entry support functions. Includes service for system/executive software programmers, maintenance/operation of IT tape/disk libraries, data entry, cabling, keypunch/key verify services, and IT programming services support where no analysis is required. Includes website design and administration. Laboratory and Testing Services: Services performed for biomedical research. Includes all standard testing services, immunoassays, standard assay services, histopathology services and autopsy services. Includes pick-up and delivery of research materials to be tested. Shipping Services. This Agreement does not cover the provision of any shipping services. The terms governing Your shipments are contained in the terms and conditions of service set out at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, the terms and conditions set out on any applicable Bill of Lading and the terms and conditions set out in any agreement You have with Purolator governing the provision of shipping services (collectively, the “Shipping Terms and Condition”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, You acknowledge and agree that any of your customers or end users using Your Application to send shipments do so on Your behalf (in each case “Your Agents”) and, as such Your Agents are bound by the Shipping Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Services. Arrange the safe and timely transportation and shipment of products to, from, and between customers, suppliers and other authorized recipients of the products and minimize the cost of product shipment, maximize truck utilization, and deliver products as expeditiously as practicable.
Shipping Services. The packaging of Product shall be carried out as mutually agreed upon and comply with any Customer supplied packaging requirements. Fine Pitch agrees to ensure that packing complies with industry standards and is proper to prevent damage to Products during transportation and storage. All shipments by Fine Pitch to a delivery destination specified by Customer are FCA Fine Pitch manufacturing facility (Incoterms 2000 unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties), and title to Product(s) and risk of loss pass to Customer upon delivery to the nominated carrier. Fine Pitch will provide export and/or import services for international distribution of Products if required by Customer at costs to be agreed between the Parties. Customer will be responsible for providing information necessary to obtain a license(s) or other official authorization(s) necessary for the export/import of the goods. Unless otherwise agreed to and stated in this Agreement, Solectron USA, Inc. dba Fine Pitch, or its parent company Solectron Corporation, will be exporter of record and Customer will be importer of record for shipments requiring export from the US. Fine Pitch will provide itemized invoicing for additional logistics services and Customer accepts responsibility for these services provided always that Customer’s prior consent has been obtained in respect of any charges for logistics services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Fine Pitch is responsible for obtaining any necessary export license and any other government or regulatory approvals required in accordance with US Federal and State Law in respect of manufacture and/or supply of the Products to Customer.
