SERVICES FOR STUDENTS. A number of extra-curricular clubs and/or enrichment activities are offered for students. A brochure describing these activities is available in the school office. Nominal fees may be charged for participation in order to cover the cost of materials and/or supplies. There is no better way for students to enrich their education than by taking part in clubs and after-school activities or through working with a teacher. These opportunities will allow you to explore things you already enjoy and to try other areas that sound interesting. In order to participate in any after school extra-curricular activity, including music performances, plays, etc., students must arrive in time to be counted present during the school day. Students serving ISS may not participate in after school activities on the day(s) the suspension(s) is served. Students staying for after school activities will be expected to follow the following rules or they may be banned from all after school activities: • You may not stay after school to wait for another student. • You must be with a teacher or other staff member at all times. • You must abide by the SSCS Code of Conduct while participating in the activity. • Your school activity privileges will be cancelled if discipline becomes a problem. • You must clear the school building immediately following after school activities. • You must arrange for your own transportation to arrive promptly at the end of the activity. • Written permission is required for use of SSCS’s facilities. Students are not allowed on campus unless supervised by a school employee. Students with outstanding lunch or after care balances will not be allowed to participate in any type of fund required extracurricular academic or non-academic activities/events (including field trips, competitions, clubs, and after school events.)

In this point, all the Parties declare to be able to coach the students through the different services of the University, and also declare to guarantee the existence of accommodation facilities for all the students of this Master, and for any visiting scholars and their families.   • Fee for Services In consideration of the Services rendered by the Contractor and subject to clause 6.3 below, the Union shall pay to the Contractor a fee (the “Fee”) at the rate of and in the manner specified in the Schedule to this Agreement. The fee for service/s will be agreed in writing for the length of the agreement and will be reviewed at the organisations discretion and schedule, annually as a minimum. The Contractor shall submit monthly to the Union an invoice on, or as soon as reasonably possible after, the last day of each month detailing the Services (number of hours) provided within that month. The invoice shall show any value added tax separately. The Union may deduct from any sums payable to the Contractor any sums that the Contractor owes to the Union. If notice of termination is given under clause 13 and the Union does not require the Contractor to provide the Services during the notice period the Fee shall cease to accrue on the date upon which notice of termination was given. Upon termination of this Agreement under clause 13, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment of the Fee accrued only to the end of the day on which termination occurs. The Contractor shall be responsible for all day to day personal expenses incurred in the performance of the Services. If the Contractor is unable to provide the Services for any reason the Contractor shall not be entitled to receive any Fee in respect of that period of unavailability.

  • Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor.   • Requests For Samples By Authorized Users Requests for samples by Authorized Users require the consent of the Contractor.
