Sending Payments a. You may send money to another User at your initiation or in response to that User’s request for money. You understand that use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us or another Network Financial Institution to initiate a debit entry to your bank account. You understand that when you send the payment, you will have no ability to stop it. When a Sender initiates a Payment Instruction, the Receiver is not required to accept the payment if the Receiver has not enrolled in Zelle®. You agree that you as a Sender will not hold us liable for any damages resulting from a Receiver not enrolling in Zelle®. For the Zelle® Payment Service, you may only cancel a payment if the person to whom you sent the money has not yet enrolled in the Zelle® Payment Service. As to the Zelle® Payment Service, if the person you sent money to has already enrolled with Zelle®, either in the Zelle® Standalone Locations or with a Network Financial Institution, then the money is sent directly to their bank account (except as otherwise provided below) and may not be canceled or revoked. Cancellation is addressed more generally in Section 6 (Payment Cancellation, Stop Payment Requests and Refused Payments) below. You may initiate a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated immediately via Zelle®. Via the Other Payment Services, you may also initiate (a) a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated at a later specified date up to one (1) year, and (b) a recurring series of Payment Instructions to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated on the specified dates. Sending Payments. Below is a description of how payments are sent and the manner in which some of our main services can be used: Sending funds through PayPal – if you’d like to send funds to others for goods and services, login to your PayPal account and follow the instructions to send funds, including entering the amount you would like to send and the PayPal username of the person or business who is receiving the funds. Paying online through PayPal – many websites have a button at checkout that enables you to pay with PayPal. To complete the payment, you have to select this option and follow the online instructions to make the payment, such as logging in to your PayPal account and confirming the payment details. Paying through a preapproved payment - You can agree with certain sellers who accept PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases on a one-time, regular, or sporadic basis with that seller. Once you agree with the seller on a preapproved payment arrangement, the sequence of events that compose the future purchases depends on the arrangement you make with the seller. You can buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, in any currency that the recipient accepts and that PayPal supports, using the funds in your PayPal balance, or using any eligible payment method linked to your PayPal account. Buying Something From, Donating to or Returning Something to, a Seller Who Accepts PayPal How to buy something or make a donation You can buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal or make a donation, in Brazilian Reais using the funds in your PayPal balance or using any Payment Method linked to your PayPal account. You can also buy something from a seller or make a donation to a recipient in any currency that the recipient accepts and that PayPal supports using an international card linked to your PayPal account. This includes, for example: • Buying something at an online retailer’s website and selecting PayPal as your payment method at checkout. • Sending money to a seller for goods or services. • Using your PayPal account to buy something at a seller’s physical store. • Making donations using PayPal. If you make a payment using a credit card as a funding method, you may choose to pay for goods and/or services in installments if such option is made available by the seller. In this case, you must select the option of payment in installments in the "Payment Options", on PayPal’s website's purchase completion chart (PayPal's Installment Payment Processing). You can only send a payment to a seller or make a donation to a recipient located abroad if you have indicated an international card as a payment method. Sending Payments. The Services are designed for you to send money to another User, either at your initiation or in response to that User’s request for money. You may initiate three types of payments using our Site: (i) a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated immediately via the Zelle Service; (ii) a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated at a specified date up to one (1) year later; and (iii) a recurring series of Payment Instructions to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated on certain specified dates. Further details about each of these options can be found on the Site. By providing us with names, telephone numbers, email addresses, bank account information and/or other contact information of Receivers to whom you wish to send a payment, you authorize us to initiate a payment through the Services in accordance with the applicable Payment Instructions. When we receive a Payment Instruction from you, you authorize us to debit your Eligible Transaction Account for the amount of such Payment Instruction and to send such funds to the Receiver’s Eligible Transaction Account. Sending Payments. You may send virtual currency from your Account to another User’s account or to an external virtual currency address; however, we reserve the right to require you to provide certain information including, without limitation, identification information and settle any outstanding fees or other amounts prior to completing any such payments. You authorize us to deduct from your Account fees, costs, expenses and claims due and unpaid by you. All Virtual Currency Transactions are at your sole risk.

We require this information to authenticate your identity and to determine how much you may send with your account. We may require additional information from you depending on your location and other factors. Based on the information you provide, we will determine your Sending Limit. Generally, accounts that have a confirmed email address and credit card on file may send up to $2,000.00 USD. Accounts that are Verified by adding and confirming a bank account will receive a higher Sending Limit or no limit at all.
