These drawings, plans, publications, reports, statistics, records or other data or information supplied by the Commission are the proprietary and confidential property of the Commission and cannot be transferred or used by the Consultant for any other purpose. The Consultant agrees to safeguard and return this property to the Commission upon completion of the Project. The Commission shall also work with the Consultant to discover existing site conditions that may affect the order, progress, and cost of the work and Services. The Commission shall provide information on any previously obtained waivers of local codes, ordinances, or regulations or standards affecting the design of the Project.
