The first Recovery Action Plan identifies general recovery program support activities important to the success of the Recovery Program. The following two Recovery Action Plans are for the Green and Colorado rivers and their subbasins in the Upper Basin. Each action plan is arranged by specific activities to be accomplished within the "recovery elements" listed below:

RECOVERY ACTION PLAN STRUCTURE. The substance of the RIPRAP is in Section 4.0, where the specific recovery actions are listed in the RIPRAP tables. In addition, significant accomplishments and shortcomings of the past year are identified in the RIPRAP tables, developed as part of the Recovery Program’s annual assessment and update of the RIPRAP. The RIPRAP tables schedule activities through 2023 (the Recovery Program’s Cooperative Agreement is effective through September 30, 2023). Activities that have led to recovery of the endangered fishes will need to be continued after these species are delisted. Therefore, the RIPRAP tables identify the activities that Program participants anticipate will continue post-Program. The subsequent sections that follow the General Recovery Action Plan are for the Green and Colorado rivers and their subbasins in the Upper Basin.   • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic DHCS PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.

  • Classification Plan Revisions A. The Employer will provide to the Union, in writing, any proposed changes to the classification plan including descriptions for newly created classifications.   • Action Plan (1) Within thirty (30) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to a written action plan detailing the Board's assessment of what needs to be done to address the regulatory recommendations outlined in the Report of Examination (XXX) and the requirements of this Agreement to improve the Bank, specifying how the Board will implement the plan, and setting forth a timetable for the implementation of the plan.

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable.   • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. The Xxxxxxx shall assist any Employee, which the Xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and presenting her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 4. The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP.
