Recording of Phone Calls. To help us improve our service and in the interests of security, we may monitor or record telephone calls. Any such recordings shall belong to ZEDRA. We shall be entitled to deliver copies or transcripts of such recordings to any court, tribunal, arbitrator or regulatory body as we see fit.
Recording of Phone Calls. The Bank is entitled to record telephone conversations with the Customer that concern the Bank’s operations and use them for the purposes it has announced and as evidence in the possible settlement of any disputes. The Customer is aware that the Bank must surrender the recordings to competent authorities upon their request in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The Customer also has the right to request such recordings for a period of up to 5 years.
Recording of Phone Calls. OANDA Japan may record phone calls with you without notifying you. The recording may be submitted to the relevant authorities as evidence of this Agreement and trading. In addition, the recording may, at the discretion of OANDA Japan, take precedence over documents or other electromagnetic records as evidence even if there is a difference between the recorded phone calls and those other records.

  • Recording of calls We may record telephone conversations without use of a warning tone to ensure that the material terms of the Transaction, and any other material information relating to the Transaction is promptly and accurately recorded. Such records will be our sole property and accepted by you as evidence of the orders or instructions given.

  • Phone Calls Time spent on work-related employer initiated and subsequent employee initiated telephone calls during the employee’s non-work time of over ten (10) minutes per day will be considered time worked and will be deducted from standby pay. The employee shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour compensation at their regular, non-overtime hourly rate of pay for each non-related incident. Employees are not required to answer the phone or respond to work related messages during their non-work time, unless they are on stand-by status.

In the event that Tenant shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.
