PREVENTION PROGRAMS. The Section 5311 subrecipient shall establish and implement anti-drug and alcohol misuse prevention programs in accordance with the terms of 49 CFR 655, 49 U.S.C. 5331, and 49 CFR 40.
PREVENTION PROGRAMS a. Each Clinic shall have a role in District school-wide health education and outreach, school- based public health programs, youth development programs, and/or family support programs, as applicable. Activities may include: classroom presentations, table/presentation at school functions, lunch time activities, posters or displays on campus, presentations to school staff, participation in wellness policy councils or other health committees, and nutrition and fitness promotion programs. Each full-time Clinic will offer or participate in at least two District school health-promoting activities each year. Each part-time Clinic will offer or participate in at least one District school health-promoting activities each year.
