Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs. Employees may not use, possess, distribute or manufacture alcohol or controlled substances that are illegal under federal, state or local law while on duty or on the Employer’s property or during Employer sponsored events, except when authorized by Employer policy. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
